I'm Eileen Togher, a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 20 years of experience. Each session is tailored to you and what your body needs that day, whether you're navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, experiencing tension or discomfort, or simply needing time to slow down and reconnect with your body.
Conveniently located in the Financial District, EarthySoul is easily accessible from Tribeca, SoHo, Battery Park City, Jersey City, Downtown Brooklyn and throughout NYC.
EarthySoul is a women-centered wellness practice specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, and nervous system support. At this time, I am not accepting new male clients. I continue to work with established male clients and, on occasion, partners of existing clients by referral.
About Eileen Togher
Eileen Togher is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Swedish Institute in NYC. Since beginning her practice in 2004, she has continued to study and expand her work through training in prenatal massage, reflexology, myofascial techniques, Reiki, craniosacral work, ScarWork and other gentle approaches to hands-on care.
After more than 20 years in practice, Eileen's approach remains highly individualized. Rather than following the same routine for every client, she listens to the body, works gradually and adapts each session to what the client needs that day.
Her work is grounded in the belief that effective bodywork doesn't always require more pressure or force. Sometimes creating the right conditions for the body to soften and respond can be just as powerful.
