About Eileen

Since graduating from the Swedish Institute in 2004, Eileen has taken various courses and trainings to deepen her knowledge and help serve others better. Eileen is a firm believer that the mind and body are one. Our emotions, mental health, diet, exercise, and stress impact our health. She believes that treating the physical body with various techniques can help release tension and stagnant energy, helping us easily flow through some of life’s difficulties. Everyone has their story and reasons for seeking healing. We have to work toward harmony in all aspects of our well-being, and she hopes to provide the resources you will need to begin your healing journey.

Eileen is also a certified Dharma Yoga 200HR teacher currently enrolled in the Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi 500HR teacher training. In the future, she hopes to offer clients helpful tips through breathing and meditation techniques and private yoga sessions.
