Intro to Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra removes fatigue and invigorates the body. It is said that a single hour of yoga nidra is as restful as four hours of ordinary sleep.
The literal meaning of Yoga Nidra is “profound sleep with the union,” the union between external and internal consciousness.
During Yoga Nidra you will be guided with specific instructions to relax the entire body and mind.

Preparation
Practice at home or any safe space.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Feel free to use props, pillows, and blankets.

During Yoga Nidra
Try to stay awake during instructions for maximum benefit.
Follow the instructions.

Dos and Don'ts
Don’t practice while driving or in unsafe environments.
Do practice a few times a week.
Yoga Nidra sessions are live on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM (ET). If you cannot make it for the Live class at 7:30pm, the session will be recorded and registrants will have access to the recorded video for 7 days.
